One of my favourite Northumberland walks is a 4 mile stretch of land that hugs the North Sea between Warkworth and Alnmouth. The skies are incredible and the landscape is breathtaking, a combination of rough fallowed land and farmed fields, you’re always aware that this is a border county between Scotland and England.
